  • Do you only work with padel?

    No, we work with all racket and paddle sports: padel, tennis, table tennis, badminton, squash, and pickleball, as well as padbol and, coming soon, golf.

  • No, that's a small part of what we are. We are a complete ecosystem. A technology that includes 5 tools: Manager, app, digital scoreboards, control clocks, and broadcasting cameras. The manager is the central hub for clubs, which, among many other functions, allows for booking management. It also manages the club in its communicative, commercial, administrative, and financial aspects. The other tools integrate with the manager and with each other to provide the best experience for the club, players, advertisers, and clients.

  • Everything. Currently, we have no competition. There is no other technology on the market that offers all the services we provide, integrated into one place.

  • The most important thing is that it is a secure and legal service: We do not broadcast publicly without authorization. We send the recording to the client privately and they have 48 hours to download it if they wish. We protect data according to international legislation to prevent misuse. We track the traceability of the recording. Also, if space allows, we broadcast all four corners of the court, with a scoreboard, and with advertising, like no one else.

  • Yes. If you have a sports event and want to use Paddeo technology, ask us about our rental rates through the form or by sending an email to comunicacion@paddeo.com.

  • The totem works integrated with the entire ecosystem: The booking manager, the app, the clock, and the camera.

  • No. Only the PADDEO smartwatch can be used for scoring, as it integrates the necessary system. Scoring or arbitration can also be done through any internet-enabled phone or directly on the totem (which is touch-sensitive) if done by someone not playing the match.

  • Yes, it is completely free. Players can perform multiple actions through the app: Book a court, sign up for a tournament, enroll in a class, order food or drinks to the court, choose from 3 types of reservations, communicate with the club, with other players, access the best stores, etc.

  • Rating is a player's level without comparing it to others. It is not a ranking (which tells you your position on a list of players). Rating matches are those played between players within a certain rating range. This rating level is a number between 0.00 and 5.00, and it is applied by a club professional based on a unified international system. This ensures competitive and balanced matches. It is also applied in padel schools at clubs with the PADDEO system.

  • Yes. We have special outdoor totems that are configured to protect against rain and other weather phenomena and to prevent glare and reflections.

  • Yes, and it enhances engagement with customers. And it ensures that customers are your customers, not those of court booking companies. And it provides up to 5 new lines of business in addition to traditional ones. And it delivers better service. And a better image of your club. And you will spend only what is necessary. You will spend less on systems, earn more, and provide more and better services.

  • No. The Paddeo administrator includes all the functions you need for your club: communication, administration, organization, and finances; in addition to unique services on the market.

  • None. The fee includes all reservations made with no additional costs. And customers will be able to save your club as a favorite. You will receive the payment in your own account. You will have three types of reservations to offer: social, level, and rating. There will also be no additional charges for some tournaments you organize or the streaming you broadcast.
